Patriot Custom Metals is not your typical fabricator or manufacturer. We are an extraordinary composition of divisions focusing on a range of one of kind fabrications to engineered legacy production. Our products can be found in high-profile sites across the country and outside our borders.

Our custom metals division team is world class. We are proud of our large team of engineering, drafting, certified welders, and coating staff. Our welders are AWS D1.1 & D1.2 certified to 6G.

Our facility is large and capable. With over 50,000 square feet of fabrication capability, we operate a wide range of fabrication equipment including first generation custom CRC fabrication equipment to one of the Midwest largest powder coat booths.

Our experience and ability to work with a wide range of materials is considerable. We fabricate structural steel along with a wide range of miscellaneous metals, including stainless, aluminum, bronze, copper and brass.

Quality control is our process not a goal. Patriot Custom Metals has a very stringent quality control process with multiple checks and balances throughout the fabrication process. Our leadership is on the floor, checking and documenting projects at required checkpoints throughout the process of fabrication.

We are found in every industry and market type. We service all industries, including education, healthcare, entertainment, government, commercial, and residential. Our extensive range of clientele allows us to be part of industrial facilities to your home.

We are the designers not just the fabricators. We have designed over one hundred products and provided architects and engineers with thousands of specifications, CAD drawings, technical data sheets. You will find our products specified on thousands of commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the United States.

Many of our products are engineered for your application. We have engineered many of our products to provide designers, architects and engineers confidence they are selecting the right product for their project.

We do not stop at simply fabricating. We offer a wide range of professionally applied coatings. Patriot Custom Metals provides custom painting, HVLP, electro-static and powder coating. We provide a wide range of finishes including pearlescence, hammered and flake.
